Propane Tank Dealer started in 2010 by buying several propane stores in Texas. SHV Energy, from the Netherlands, bought Propane Tank Dealer in 2017.

Propane Tank Dealer is a company in Irving, Texas, that sells propane. Our dedication lies in offering energy solutions to both homes and businesses. Our services include sales of propane tanks, delivering refills, and keeping them in excellent shape.

Propane Tank Dealer was started in 2010 when SHV Energy from the Netherlands bought it from Pinnacle. Before that, Propane Tank Dealer had bought several propane retail stores. In the last 13 years, we have grown our service area to include nine states in the continental United States.

Our number one goal is to keep our customers and employees safe. Our company’s motto is “Nothing is so urgent or important that it can’t be done safely!” We care about giving our customers the best possible experience, so we have a team of customer care representatives (CCRs) who work around the clock to take orders and make sure they are delivered on time. We teach our service center managers, employees, drivers, and staff how to meet their energy needs while keeping safety and the best customer experience in mind.
